Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of 3333k

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the 3333k website located at https://3333k.io, including all sub-pages, services, game content, betting markets, and associated mobile interfaces made available to Players.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a User upon completing the 3333k registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Real Money Balance" means the value of verified deposited funds held in a Player's Account, net of any withdrawals and wagers settled.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance or qualifying deposit amount must be wagered before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Payment Method" means any financial instrument accepted by 3333k for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all monetary amounts on the 3333k Platform are denominated unless otherwise stated.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms applies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3333k Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact 3333k support at [email protected] to request closure of your Account.

These Terms apply in conjunction with the 3333k Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3333k. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the 3333k Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The use of 3333k services by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order applied through 3333k or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by 3333k for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3333k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of date of birth — at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 3333k services, you must register a single Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 3333k will close all associated Accounts and may permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and subsequently kept on your Account profile is accurate and up to date. If your personal details change, you must notify 3333k promptly by contacting support at [email protected].

3333k operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before a withdrawal can be processed for the first time, or at any point determined by 3333k's compliance procedures, you may be required to submit copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address no older than three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of the Payment Method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number).

Account verification is a standard process and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. 3333k aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 2–5 business days of receiving all required documentation.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3333k Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

3333k strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within the Account Settings section of the Platform.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 3333k immediately at [email protected]. 3333k will temporarily suspend the Account pending a security review and, where appropriate, assist with the Account recovery process.

3333k will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 3333k and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6 Deposits

3333k accepts deposits via the following Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific Payment Methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 3333k, though individual Payment Method providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposits must be made from a Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the Account may be subject to review.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 3333k Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

3333k does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your Payment Method provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside the control of 3333k and are your sole responsibility.

All funds deposited into a 3333k Account are held for gaming purposes only. 3333k does not pay interest on Account balances regardless of the duration they remain on deposit.

7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account has been fully verified through the KYC process.
• There are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to your current balance.
• There are no pending investigations, security reviews, or compliance holds on your Account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a Payment Method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same Payment Method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with anti-fraud obligations.

3333k processes withdrawal requests on a rolling basis. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24–72 hours of submission. Withdrawal processing times after approval depend on the Payment Method selected and may vary.

3333k reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the Account has not previously been verified, or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Such checks are a standard part of 3333k's compliance obligations and do not imply any accusation against the Player.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

3333k offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 3333k promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above with a fully registered 3333k Account.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Balances cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Balances that remain unplayed at expiry will be removed from your Account without notice.
• 3333k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect a promotion that a Player has already validly claimed and commenced wagering on.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Balances and potential permanent Account closure.

3333k will not award bonuses to Players who have opted out of receiving promotional communications unless the Player specifically requests a bonus through the support channel. Players who opt out of marketing communications remain eligible for standard platform features but will not receive unsolicited bonus offers.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 3333k sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled, how voided markets are handled, and how in-play bets are managed in the event of abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the 3333k Platform:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant event commences, unless the bet is explicitly offered as an in-play / live betting option.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 3333k system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and represent the return (inclusive of stake) in the event of a winning outcome. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Where a market is suspended during an in-play event, bets cannot be placed until the market is re-opened by 3333k's trading team.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. If rescheduled beyond 72 hours, all open bets on the event will be voided and stakes returned.
• 3333k reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

For cricket specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — 3333k applies the ICC standard playing conditions as the basis for market settlement rules. Any dispute regarding cricket bet settlement must be raised with 3333k support within 7 days of settlement.

10 Casino Games

The 3333k casino lobby offers a range of games including live dealer table games, video slots, crash games, and virtual table games, sourced from certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change.

All casino games available on the 3333k Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or use verified live dealing processes in the case of live dealer games. 11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3333k Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using 3333k promotional funds, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting bonus terms or market inefficiencies in a manner contrary to fair play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds or game mechanics to place bets or wagers that carry no genuine risk. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format available on the Platform.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 3333k staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

12 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform content in any form or by any means.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 3333k brand, logo, or trade marks in any manner without prior written consent from 3333k.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in termination of your access licence and may give rise to legal claims by 3333k for damages and injunctive relief.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3333k's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3333k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if 3333k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3333k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3333k makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3333k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Privacy & Data

3333k collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3333k will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist 3333k in operating the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), subject to appropriate data processing agreements that require those providers to treat your data with the same standard of protection as 3333k itself.

16 Amendments to These Terms

3333k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The version published on this page at any given time supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident.

In the event of a dispute between you and 3333k arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 3333k aims to resolve all Player complaints fairly and promptly. The majority of disputes are resolved at the first-contact support level without escalation.
